    In Saul Salama’s professional career, he has been exposed and worked closely with the Los Angeles Kings, NHL Alumni, Manchester Monarch’s, and The Ontario Reign as well as pro AllStar games with some of the best players in the world. Along side working with the team, its players and management he has developed protective equipment currently used by NHL players. Being part of a professional training staff, Saul has been exposed to every facet of Pro hockey. Working at the highest levels of professional sports for many years, Saul brings integrity, discipline, knowledge, and intensity. These characteristics are what enables him to push athletes to succeed. After working in professional sports, Saul coached at the Junior A level. Currently Saul and his partner ten year Pro Jocelyn Langlois owner of the Carolina Hurricanes USPHL Junior A travel program based in Raleigh North Carolina. The Carolina Eagles (now Hurricanes) won the USA Hockey National Championship in 2014 with there U16AA team. Adding to his hockey portfolio in 2015 Saul developed and owns the Charlotte Rush. A Junior A travel team in the USPHL Premier and Elite levels teams. Partnering again with Jocelyn Langlois and adding another key piece 10 year Pro Ryan Cruthers and Redding Royals star to the ownership group. The Charlotte Rush are based out of Charlotte North Carolina. The Charlotte Rush Premier won a National Championship in 2017 as well as a National Championship at both levels the Elite and Premier in 2021 a feet that has only been done one other time.

    In 2018/19 Saul and his partners Jocelyn and Ryan took on the task to developed another Junior A travel team based out of Charlston South Carolina. The Charleston Colonials are also in the USPHL their teams as well went to the National championship finals and semi finials in 2021 in their second year of existence. The Lake Tahoe Lakers Junior A premier team is Sauls newest development program its inaugural season was a huge success in 2021/22 and Tahoe Hockey is growing rapidly. The teams are compromised of high level Junior A players from around the world who aspire to play college hockey and or pro.
